10/6/09 - New Exciting News!

Hope everyone is doing well! I wanted to share some exciting news with you all, but before I do I thought I should mention that BJ is doing very well. He is feeling really good and enjoying his new job at Georgia Southern. He has been doing a good bit of recruiting, which means a lot of driving and a lot of time in the bleachers watching baseball. But, I don't think he would have it any other way. In talking with him, you can really hear how happy he is to be back on the field doing what he loves to do! Now for the new news!



BJ has decided to take on a new challenge for his next fundraiser! Rather than me tell you about it, I think it would be best to hear about it in BJ's words. So, you can click this link www.firstgiving.com/bjgreensolf to go to his new fundrasing page. This link is going to be on the right of the homepage from now on under Fundraisers & Donations. We will update the fundraising page anytime there is a new event and I will be sure to mention it on the homepage. You can also go there anytime you or someone you know would like to make a donation to BJ's foundation. Obviously, he feels really blessed to be as healthy as he is today. He is also very passionate about giving back to the people that helped him! So through this new site, he is hopeful that he will be able to generate more money for research and to help others who have been affected by this disease.
