Hi everyone....It has been quite a while since my last post. BJ has been enjoying his longest break from UAB since the transplant. He went back to the unit this past Monday and the visit went very well. The only major change was in one of his medications. His liver enzymes have been a little high, so they are going to start a new medication and monitor its effects. Because of the new medication, they want to see him again in two weeks. Fortunately, that is all the news I have. BJ is really encouraged by the fact that his last few visits have been going well and there haven't been anymore curveballs (pardon the really bad pun). I will update you again after the next visit. Talk to you then!

It is good to hear that you are doing good with your fight and recovery. I hope that everything continues to go well and that God will continue you bless you for the way that you are blessing others with your story and foundation.
